Students should meet with the advisor for the major they intend to pursue and then submit their change of curriculum form. Visit here for advisor information.

Current students, submit this form if:

You're enrolled in undergraduate main campus classes and want to change to a distance learning major.
You're enrolled in undergraduate distance learning classes and want to change your major or minor to a different distance learning program.
You're enrolled in undergraduate distance learning classes and want to change to a main campus major.

Returning/readmitted students, submit this form if:

You're returning to UA as a main campus undergraduate student for the first time after being away for at least three semesters, and you want to change to a distance learning major.
You're returning to UA as a distance learning undergraduate student for the first time after being away for at least three semesters, and you want to change your major or minor.

Requests to change to distance learning Criminology and Criminal Justice will remain under review until November 30th.

I understand that as a Distance Learner, I will no longer have student activity privileges - However, you will have access to all academic resources (Library, Writing Center, etc.).

I understand that as a Distance Learner, I am not eligible for Main Campus student scholarships - If you have scholarship funds, check with the scholarship office that made the award to see if you can keep it if changed to Distance Learning status.

I understand that, prior to becoming a Distance Learner, I should verify how any other financial aid will be affected if I change to Distance Learning status.
